Meet Alana

Alana is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work and an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology. A former national athlete, she represented Canada at the Pan-American Championships and played collegiate sports for the University of Waterloo. Currently, she serves as an assistant coach at UW, where she enjoys supporting the next generation of athletes by enhancing their physical game and integrating her expertise in the psychological aspects of performance.
