After all, therapy sessions are like gearing up with the best equipment—you still have to walk the trail to complete the hike.

 

Your therapist is here to provide ongoing support, helping you stay accountable to your goals and adjust our approach as needed. We’ll regularly check in on your progress, ensuring we’re moving in a direction that feels right for you—whatever your peak may be.
